REPORTS TO: DEPARTMENT: Parks & Recreation
Parks & Recreation Coordinator FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

Job duties vary from custodial work, sanitizing, trash collection, assisting with ballfield
preparation, special event set-up and assistance to programming staff.
Duties may also include assisting in concession stand with cleaning and restocking supplies.

Season is typically April – October. Majority of hours are on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays,
and limited weekday evenings. Schedule may vary based on tournament schedules, and special
event requests, and extreme weather situations. All hours subject to reduction during extreme
inclement weather (without pay).

PAY SCALE: $12.00/hr.
This position is hourly and seasonal, and does not carry any benefits (other than Worker’s
Compensation Insurance for on-the-job injuries.)
Potter Township Parks and Recreation provides staff shirts, which must be worn during regular
working hours.

LOCATION: Potter Athletic Complex (PAC) located at 150 Summer Lane, Centre Hall.

All staff age 17 and younger must provide Working Papers prior to the first day of work.
