Potter Township Planning Commission
February 2, 2010
Members Present: Dick Decker, Pam Winter, Lynda Powell, Ron Grove, Karl Eysenbach
Members Absent: Paul Sampsell, Kevin Daniels
Call to Order: Chairman Ron Grove called to meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of January 26, 2010 were approved with noted corrections on motion by Karl Eysenbach and second by Dick Decker. Motion carried. Noted corrections were: Ken to Kevin Daniels, the dates to the correspondence should be added and the Spring Creek Watershed meeting for February 23, 2010.
Citizens Concerns: None
Zoning Officer’s Report: Zoning Officer Jeff McClellan noted two new housing permits were issued. He noted the public hearing for the wind ordinance is on February 8, 2010. Outdoor furnaces were discussed and an article was distributed for review. The zoning officer will check with UBC officer about restrictions.
Supervisors Report: The meeting with the Spring Creek Watershed about wells and boreheads is tentatively scheduled for March 23, 2010.

Lynda Powell presented her idea of highlighting enterprises in the township for the exhibit at the fair. Discussion followed. Dick Decker noted money is budgeted for the exhibit.
Lynda Powell noted she will be attending PSATS on Tuesday of the conference to participate in some of the courses being offered.
New Business:
None.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:56 p.m. on motion by Dick Decker and second by Pam Winter.
