Call to Order: Chairman Ron Grove called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the January 5, 2010 meeting were approved on motion from Paul Sampsell with Pam Winter second.
Citizens Concerns: None. No citizens were in attendance.
Zoning Officer’s Report: None. The Zoning Officer was absent.
Supervisor’s Report:
The Supervisors passed the motion to approve The Parks and
Recreation In Lieu Of
Fee Payment by Sylvester Gallagher for his minor I lot
subdivision.
Dick Decker provided the Planning
Commission with a copy of the correspondence to Anson Burwell regarding the
January 5, 2010 reorganization of the Potter Township Planning Commission and
the election of Ron Grove as Chair of the Commission.

Old Business:
$ The Public
Meeting for The Small Wind Ordinance is scheduled for February 8, 2010.
The
Supervisors will review the ordinance for approval after receipt of Public Comments at the meeting.
$ Based on the
review and comments from the Planning Commission, the Supervisors have
requested that representatives from The Spring Creek Watershed Commission
attend a joint Planning Commission and Supervisor meeting to present information regarding the
Watershed
Commission’s recommendations on well and bore hole drilling and ground
water
protection. The meeting has been tentatively scheduled for February 24,
2010, pending the availability of Spring
Creek Watershed Commission members.
$ The Theme of
the 2010 Potter Township Grange Fair Exhibit was discussed without a decision.
Lynda Powell agreed to continue development of the theme.
$ Planning
Commission attendance at the PSATS training on April17, 18 and 19, 2010
is
pending further review of the sessions and will be determined before the next
meeting of the Planning Commission on February 2, 2010.
