Call to Order: Chairman Dick Decker called to meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of October 6, 2009 meeting were approved as presented on motion by Ron Grove and second by Pam Winter. Motion carried.

Business:
The zoning officer noted he is working on the wind ordinance and believes there should be an ordinance for residential and wind farms. Copies of the sign ordinance were provided at the last meeting. After discussion, it was thought to be reviewed and changes made at the next meeting.
New Business:
Chairman Decker asked for all to read and comment on the distributed draft ordinance of the Spring Creek Water Shed on Wells & Boreholes.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. on motion by Lynda Powell and second by Ron Grove.
