Potter Township Planning Commission
August 4, 2009
Members Present: Karl Eysenbach, Dick Decker, Pam Winter, Ron Grove, Paul Sampsell, Lynda Powell
Member Absent: Kevin Daniels
Call to Order: Chairman Dick Decker called to meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of July 28, 2009 meeting were approved as presented on motion by Pam Winter and second by Ron Grove. Motion carried.
Citizens Concerns: None
Zoning Officer’s Report: Chairman Decker noted a report was submitted at the supervisors meeting last evening and there was nothing of significance.
Supervisors Report: They voted to change Ordinance #2 of 2006 to exempt up to 150 sq. ft. skidded only buildings/structures from sewage inspection. Granted a special use permit to Sam & Binky Lush for a single event and decided a permit was not necessary for job johnnies at special events.

Old Business:
Lynda Powell presented the Grange Fair display to be exhibited in the Emporium Building. Followed on the display.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m. on motion by Ron Grove and second by Lynda Powell.
