Members Present: Kevin Daniels, Dick Decker, Karl Eysenbach, Ron Grove, Lynda Powell, Paul Sampsell, Pam Winter

Call to Order: Chairman Decker called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the June 23, 2009 meeting were approved as presented on a motion by Karl Eysenbach and second by Lynda Powell.
Citizen Concerns: None
Zoning Officer's Report: Chairman Decker had the report and stated that there were five or six items on it. He will give copies to the rest of the members at the next meeting. Jeff McClellan was out of town and not able to be at this meeting.
Supervisor’s Report: Chairman Decker reported that at the Supervisors' meeting the previous evening, the new Sewage Ordinance was approved. The Sewage Management Program part of the Ordinance will become effective January 1,2010 while the other parts will become effective within five (5) days of its approval with some minor changes, such as typographical errors, but nothing that would change the substance of the Ordinance.

Old Business: At the last meeting, the Planning Module
for the Dennis and Cindy Foust subdivision was signed. Tonight we have a copy
of the Plot Plan for our comments. There were two
comments. The $1200.00 in lieu of fee for the new lot created was not noted on
the Plan. Also, it was agreed that the driveway for the new lot should be as
far west as possible from the
Lynda Powell presented information she has researched and accumulated for the table at Grange Fair. She showed maps of the development of the road system in the Township starting with the Indian trails, the roads made by the early settlers and the main roads today. She had pictures of very early views of some of the Township's historic buildings. She also had a sketch of a possible logo for a banner to be made for the display and some ideas on what to put on each panel of the tri-panel board which can set behind the table. Dick Decker will put together a Power Point program to present some of the information and Kevin Daniels said he could set the presentation to music. This program would be set to keep replaying while the building is open. We will keep working on this exhibit.
