May 26, 2009
Members Present: Pam Winter, Lynda Powell, Kevin Daniels, Ron Grove
Members Absent: Paul Sampsell, Dick Decker, Karl Eysenbach
Others Present: Jeff McClellan, Zoning Officer
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Co-Chair Ron Grove.
Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Kevin Daniels and second by Pam Winter to approve the minutes of May 5, 2009 as presented. Motion carried.
Co-Chair Ron Grove turned the meeting over to the zoning officer for his updates. He indicated he will be approving the Agnes Homan subdivision upon issuance of HOP from PennDot. Changes have been made to entrances of the lots. He reviewed the wind ordinances submitted from Lynda Powell and commented on the ordinance. The definitions in question from Lynda Powell’s review of the zoning book were addressed. She will continue with her review.
A motion by Lynda Powell and second by Kevin Daniels to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
