April 28, 2009
Members Present: Dick Decker, Pam Winter, Karl Eysenbach, Lynda Powell, Kevin Daniels
Members Absent: Ron Grove, Paul Sampsell
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Dick Decker.
Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Pam Winter and second by Kevin Daniels to approve the minutes of April 7, 2009 as presented. Motion carried.
Citizens Concerns: None.
Zoning Officer’s Report: None.
Supervisors’ Report: None.
Correspondence:
1. April 27, 2009 - Minor Land Development for the relocation of a existing repair shop (JC Equipment Repair) within property owned by Gerald T. Coulter (Tax Parcel 20-6-43), Potter Township, CCPCDO File No: 61-09
Old Business: Nothing to report.
New Business: Lynda Powell contacted Noah but has not received any information at this time. Discussed her findings in the zoning book of missing definitions. She will compile a list with pages numbers. Discussion followed on also using footnotes to help direct to correct reference page in the zoning book. Discussed the process of plans being reviewed by the Planning Commission. It was thought they should not review unless all other signatures were affixed on the plan. The Planning Commission could be reviewing to see if plans align with the Penns Valley Comprehensive plan.
A motion by Lynda Powell and second by Dick Decker to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
