Zoning Officer’s Report: Two permits were issued last month.
Supervisors’ Report: The March 24, 2009 work session will be a joint meeting with the supervisors. The SEO will be in attendance to update the group on the sewage management plan. Ron Sweitzer resigned on March 2, 2009 from the Planning Commission.

Old Business: Chairman Decker reported he made changes to the Mary Mahaffy Component 4A after talking to the Zoning Officer and reviewing the zoning maps because he learned the property was located in Open and Forested. The Component 4A was completed and approved by the Planning Commission at the February 24, 2009 meeting. At that time it was thought that the property was located in Prime Ag, which required checking boxes to indicate it did not meet zoning. Since discussions at the meeting already reflected the fact that her proposed use did meet Open and Forested zoning, he changed the improperly checked boxes to show that it met zoning requirements. Making the change allowed the Component 2 associated with the property to be processed through the supervisors at their March 2, 2009 meeting.
New Business: Interviewed Kevin Daniels and Michael Fuller for the open position on the Planning Commission. Chairman Decker will share the Planning Commission’s views with the supervisors at the meeting on March 9, 2009. The supervisors will appoint a person for the open position.
Chairman Decker noted if there was no further business to be brought before the board he would entertain a motion to adjourn and proceed to work session. A motion by Ron Grove and second by Lynda Powell to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
