Potter Township Planning Commission
Regular Meeting
August 5, 2008
Members Present: Dick Decker, Pam Winter, Ron Grove Karl Eysenbach, Ron Sweitzer
Members Absent: Mark Fortney, Monty Strouse
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Dick Decker.
Approval of Minutes: A motion by Ron Grove and second by Pam Winter to approve the minutes as submitted. Motion carried.
Zoning Officer’s Report: Four noted on the report
Supervisor’s Report: None

Old Business:
Everything is set for the exhibit at the fair.
Rick Day will be contacting Dick Decker to set a time for the demonstration on the septic map.
The sewage ordinance was given to the supervisors who in turn provided copies to Chuck Herr, SEO and Robert Rayman, Esq. for their review before submission to DEP.
Jeff McClellan, Zoning Officer was present to discuss duplexes. Discussion followed on the pros and cons of the issue. As a result of discussion the consensus of the Planning Commission a change was not advised at this point in time.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m. on motion by Ron Sweitzer and second by Ron Grove.
