8/7/07 Meeting
Members
Present: Rod
Humphrey, Ron Sweitzer, Dick Decker, Mark Fortney and Jacob Tannis.
Absent: Lucy Curran, Monty Strouse.
Call To Order:
Meeting called to order at 7:06 PM by Chairman Rod Humphrey.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes for the July 3,
2007 meeting were approved on a by Dick Decker and a second by Jacob
Tannis.

Zerby resigned as supervisor at the August 6,2007
meeting..

New Business:
- William
Sipe of Penn Terra Engineering explained the revisions to Phase I of Mountainview Estates concerning entrance
changes at previous sign offset, playground equipment changes and that a
sinkhole fill investigation is underway.
- Franklin
M. Horner , Tax Parcel 20-8-89B explained that he
is dividing it into Lots 1R-R, 5 & 6.
Members review survey plot drawing without comment.
- Dick
Decker presented a “Final Subdivision Plan of Lands of Dick A. &
Cynthia K. Decker Into Lot 1R and 4” Nittany Engineering Associates, LLC
Drawing 07-065, a copy of a letter from Charles Herr concerning the same
and a Sewage Facilities Planning Module concerning subdivision of
Previously approved Plan Entitled “Final Subdivision Plan of Lands of Dick
A. & Cynthia K. Decker Into Lot 1R and 4”.
The Planning Commission on a Motion
by Jake Tannis and second by Ron Sweitzer with Dick Decker abstaining approved
the Sewage Facilities Planning Module and Signed page 5.
Old Business:
None
Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM on a motion by Jacob Tannis
and a second by Ron Sweitzer.
