October 24, 2006 Meeting

 

Members

Present: Rod Humphrey, Dick Decker, Lucy Curran, and Jacob Tannis.

Absent: Monty Strouse, Dave Henning, and Mark Fortney

Call To Order:

Meeting called to order at 7:11 PM by Chairman Rod Humphrey.

Approval of Minutes:  Minutes for previous meeting were not available.

Zoning Officers Report: None

Supervisors Report: None

Correspondence was shared and reviewed by the committee including the follows:

 

  • Letter from Centre County Planning Office, RE: Time Extension, Final Plan of Designer’s Studio Land Development. CCPC  File No. 279-05.
  • Letter from Centre County Planning Office, RE: Time Extension, Final Plan of Sinking Creek Subdivision. CCPC  File No. 144-05.
  • Letter from Centre County Planning Office, RE: Non-Substantive Change Request- proposed change to the Approved Preliminary Plan and the Conditionally Approved Final Plan of Mountainview Estates Subdivision (Phase 1). CCPC File No. 100-04 (Preliminary Plan) CCPCDO  File No. 158-06 (Final Plan, Phase 1).
  • Letter from Franson Engineering & Surveying Re: Preliminary Plan for the Sinking Creek Subdivision. File No.09-008.
  • Letter from Franson Engineering & Surveying Re: Mountainview Estates Storm Water along SR 0045.

Old Business: Copies of the Power Point Slides for use at the upcoming Public Meetings on Prime Ag Zoning were distributed and reviewed.

·        Next Meeting will be 10/26/2006 Public Meeting work session on Prime Ag Zoning.
