July 11, 2006 Meeting

Members

Present: Rod Humphrey, Monty Strouse, Dick Decker, Jacob Tannis, Dave Henning, Lucy Curran, and Mark Fortney

Absent: Jacob Tannis

Call To Order:

Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM by Chairman Rod Humphrey.

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Mark Fortney and a second by Dave Henning to approve the minutes with one change mentioning the air pollution (Smoke) discussion regarding Clem’s for the June 27, 2006 meeting. All members present voted in favor as amended.

Zoning Officers Report: None

Supervisors Report: Nothing to report

Correspondence was shared and reviewed by the committee including the follows:

• Letter from Centre County Planning Office, RE: Preliminary Plan Approval of Mountain View Estates including a drawing as approved. CCPC File No. 100-04.
• Copy of a Conditional Use Application and Sketch for Doan’s Bones Barbecue to be located along south Side of Rte 45 West of the Rte 144 intersection in the area of the recycling Trailers. Provided for information.

Old Business: None

New Business:

• Planning Waiver and Non-Building Declaration for Agnes Homan-Gerald A. & Marjorie A. Korman Subdivision Tax Parcel 20-320-65 into 4 lots with the same zoning and no new buildings. Submitted by Kerry Uhler & Associates . The waiver was approved on a motion by Dick Decker and a Second by David Henning. It was signed by Chairman Rod Humphrey.

Meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM.
