May 2, 2006 Meeting

Members

Present: Rod Humphrey, Monty Strouse, Dick Decker, Jacob Tannis, and Dave Henning

Absent: Lucy Curran, and Mark Fortney

Call To Order:

Meeting called to order at 7:15 PM by Chairman Rod Humphrey.

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Monty Strouse and a second by Jacob Tannis to approve the minutes for the April 4 and April 25, 2006 meetings. All members present voted in favor as submitted.

Correspondence was shared and reviewed by the committee including the following:

• Letter from Centre County Planning Office RE: Proposed change to the Conditionally Approved Preliminary Plan of the Sinking Creek Subdivision.
• Supplemental data for review and comment- Sewage Facilities Planning Module, revised and updated Version of the Sinking Creek Subdivision.
• Public Notice RE: Public Meeting June 12,2006 on a Building and Zoning Permit Ordinance

Old Business: No old business discussed.

New Business: No New Business discussed.

Meeting adjourned to a work session at 8:10 PM.
