Approval of Minutes:
Minutes from the
Zoning Officer Report: None
Correspondence was shared and reviewed by the committee including the following:
Supervisor's Report: Monty Strouse reported usual
business. Supervisors do want the Planning Commission to review the current
Zoning plan and offer suggestions for updating. Rod reported that he has
requested copies from the County Planning Office.
Old Business:
Ø Rod had a meeting at the
Centre County Planning Office to get updated on planning activities and
procedures. He was provided with a CD containing the Municipal Planning Code
(MPC) and will share it with other Commission Members who want it.
Ø Mr. Stanley Wallace, Nittany
Engineering Inc presented a Sewage Facilities Planning Module – Component 44
for local agency completion for Joshua A. & Doris A. Tobey Minor
Subdivision (Tax Parcel 20-5-14c). It
was Approved on a motion by Monty Strouse and Second
by Dick Decker. Chairman Rod Humphrey signed the Module.
New Business:
Ø Stanley Wallace also provided
a preliminary land development plan for Tee J. Enterprises, LLP showing a site
adjacent to the Centre Hall Borough on the west side of Rte 144. He explained
that he had a Memorandum of Understanding between The Supervisors, Developer
and Owner requiring
the Developer cover costs for review by the Township Engineer etc. If other
issues can be resolved, he may be presenting the plan in March 2006.
