Present: Brooks Harris, Mark Fortney, Dave Henning, Jake Tanis, Rod Humphrey
Absent: Monty Strouse
Approval of Minutes: No minutes submitted for approval
Citizens Concerns: Present were: Frank Dominico, Centre Hall, Ann Glaser, Centre Hall, Erskin Cash, Center Hall, Tom Kerr, Centre Hall, J. Roth, Brush Valley Road, Spring Mills. All expressed concern about the 20 acre issue at the Penns Valley High School Meeting approximately 2 weeks ago. Discussion followed; all were apposed to the 20 acre per lot rule.

Subdivision/Land Development: Minor Subdivision submitted by Jake Tanis, Land Owner and Brooks Harris, Consulting Engineer. Motion to sign made by Dave Henning, 2nded by Rod Humphrey, Motion carried (Note Jake Tanis and Brooks Harris Obstained)
Correspondence:
Letter: Mel Samis (Spring Mills resident), re: Traffic Study of Sinking Creek Sub Div stated the study was in accurate. Specifically, didn=t address, also claimed 78 lots will add spproximately 780 ADT=s additionally, no sight distances submitted for Airport Road Plan design.
Letter: Trans Associates recommending hiring a traffic engineer (from Brenda Burd) to review traffic study by Lichty Engineering on Sinking Creek SubDiv.
Letter: Penny & Fred Waltz: Re: Water concerns about Sinking Creek SubDiv
Letter: Brenda Burd (PT Secretary) re: Approval of Road names for Sinking Creek SubDiv.
Pepper Ridge Drive, Larks Way, and FoxGlove Drive.
