Approval of Minutes:  Motion to approve the minutes by Monty S.  Second by Rod H.

Citizens Concerns: none

Zoning Officer’s Report: none 

Supervisor’s Report:  none

 

Subdivision/Land Development:

Valley Bus. Assoc (Nittany Eng and Assoc) Sinking Creek Subdivision Sewage Planning Module 4A.  PC suggestions – note on plan no additional subdivision, letter from historical commission still needed.  Approval Monty S, second Rod H.

Puff family farm limited partnership (Nittany Eng and Assoc) subdivision of 2 acre lot off rt 192, residual to Puff family.  Component1 DEP sewage facilities planning module, approval Monty S, second by Jake T.  Note when County asks for comments – add zoning line on map distinguishing prime ag and open space/forest.

Sylvester Gallagher – Sewage planning module component 1 – no action, needs Zoning Officer signature.

 

Correspondence: County June 22 – time extension for Mountainview Estates; County June 22 – time extension for St College Baseball Club; County June 29 – minor subdivision plan for Puff family farm limited partnership – comments to Co needed within 35 days; Zoning Officer letter July 5 to Mountainview Estates consistent with comp plan.

 

Other: Reviewed Mountainview Estates – PC comments - correction on sheet 5 of 8 turning lane 2’ needs to be 200’, on traffic study have twp review site distance.

 

Penns Valley Planning Comm Report:  PC and supr will be meeting July 18 to review report;  July 26 PC worksession cancelled.
