Supervisor’s Report: Supr will meet with H Roth during PC mtg
on June 28 to discuss twp future land use.
Subdivision/Land Development: J Miknis from Mountainview Estates – reviewed June 8 letter from ME to PT supr (10 points) Six points were completed. #5 – sight distances were added to updated sheet 5. #6 – adjoining property lines were added in updated plan. #7 detail of road improvements along Rt 45 was added. #8 entrance islands were removed on all sheets. #9 safe pedestrian crossing will be provided at all crosswalks. #10 roof sumps were deleted.
#3 – zoning officer will sign revised plan.
Following points were discussed. #1 stormwater ordinance – ME asked for a waiver from the requirement. PC recommended not to allow a waiver. #2 traffic study – ME submitted July 2004 PennDOT and Mar 2005 HRG letters stating traffic study comments were addressed. Traffic impact study by Trans Assoc – will bring consultant Ron Seybert to twp mtg and maybe supplement report with counts and intersections. #4 – ME believes the combination of sidewalks, walkways and tot-lots and play fields satisfactorily address the needs of future residents recreation use. PC disagreed and offered suggestions such as partnering with local soccer and baseball groups. DEP called Brooks stating sewage planning module was incomplete and ME needs to work out that problem. PT supr did not want PC to send plan to them with any conditions. PC still has 2 concerns #1 and #2. ME still planned to go to June 13 PT supr meeting anyway.
Monty and Jack Whitehill – DEP component 3s planning module - property has no septic system – will need small flow treatment system.

From Bud Brooks for PC to review new proposed road standards ordinance
sec 21-13 – look at in work session and reply to Bud. DEP Apr 25 G. Horbein
sewage planning module was approved.
