BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

MEETING OF OCTOBER 22, 2007

The fourth monthly meeting of the Potter Township Board of Supervisors was held on Monday,

October 22, 2007 at 6:00 P.M. at the Township Building, 124 Short Road, Spring Mills, PA with Supervisors Tom Sharer, Monty Strouse, Bob Corman and Ron Sweitzer attending. Also attending were Road Superintendent Budd Brooks and Secretary/Treasurer Brenda Burd.

At 6:00 P.M. Chairman Sharer called executive session on a legal issue.

At 6:35 P.M. Chairman Sharer closed the executive session and opened the regular meeting.

Reviewed some budget line items for payroll and benefits. Discussed the open-space land and added a new budget line.

Discussed the use of the Liquid Fuels equipment reserve. Brenda will research further.

A letter was sent to Bob Foust, Vacancy Chair, regarding the November 8^th meeting with Vacancy Board.

· At 7:15 P.M. Monty made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Ron, meeting adjourned.
