BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

SPECIAL MEETING OF APRIL 19, 2007

A special meeting of the Potter Township Board of Supervisors was held on Thursday,

April 19, 2007 at 5:15 P.M. at the Township Building, 124 Short Road, Spring Mills, PA. Supervisors present were Tom Sharer, Monty Strouse, Bob Corman, and Richard Poorman. Also attending was Secretary Brenda Burd. Paul Zerby was not present for the meeting.

Also in attendance were Joe Shulman, Jeff Haas, Jason Haas and Sandra Rishel.

At 5:15 P.M. Chairman Sharer called the meeting to order and announced that the meeting is to set a conditional use hearing date for Fastshoez Kart Racing.

Hearing date was set for Monday, May 14, 2007 at 7:30 P.M.

Adjourn

At 5:17 P.M. Rich made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Monty, meeting adjourned.
