BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

MEETING OF AUGUST 2, 2004

                                                                                        

The first monthly meeting of the Potter Township Board of Supervisors was held on Monday, August 2, 2004 in Township Building #2, 124 Short Road, Spring Mills, PA with Supervisors Paul Zerby, Monty Strouse, Bob Corman, Tom Sharer and Rich Poorman attending.  Also attending were Road Superintendent Budd Brooks, Solicitor Robert Rayman, Zoning Officer Jeff McClellan and Secretary Brenda Burd. 

 

Chairman Zerby called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

 

Minutes of the July 12, 2004 meeting were approved as presented on a motion by Tom and seconded by Monty.  Motion carried unanimously.  

 

Citizens Concerns – none.

 

Secretary’s Report

·        Presented Resolution #10, approved at the July 12 meeting, for signatures.

·        Asked for comments on the Centre County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.  Bob R. gave his comments directly to the County.  No other comments.

·        Handed out Chapter V of Penns Valley Comprehensive Plan for review.

 

Open Discussion – none.

 

Zoning Report

·        Presented June’s Report.

 

At 7:08 P.M. Chairman Zerby recessed the regular meeting for worksession.

At 7:48 P.M. Chairman Zerby reconvened the regular meeting.

 

Paul made a motion to sign the Keystone Inspection Agency Agreement as Rick presented it with no changes, seconded by Bob C., motion carried unanimously.  Agreement was fully executed.

 

Adjourn

·        At 7:50 P.M. Chairman Zerby adjourned the regular meeting.
