· Under Solicitor’s report – subdivision land development ordinance rather than subdivision ordinance.
CITIZENS CONCERN
· Ron Murphy- Thanked us for going on record with C.O.S.T.S. regarding the current SCCCTS study.
OLD BUSINESS
· Eric Lundy – Dana Boob’s engineering presented East Egg Hill Estates Sewage Planning Module Resolution #7-2002 for signatures on a motion by Monty, seconded by Tom S. motion carried unanimously. Eric also presented a Memorandum of Understanding for the Emery Development Phase 3, on a motion by Paul and seconded by Tom S., motioned carried unanimously.
· Fred Tornatore - Variance for road on property off Mt. Back Road; proceed with subdivision for a 2 acre lot with no further subdivision and use by others.
SECRETARY’S REPORT
· Presented Resolution #8-2002, proposal to create one Ag Security Area for approval. On a motion by Tom S. and seconded by Rich, motion carried unanimously.
· Letter to Election Board, regards to door not locked.

· Thank you letter from Centre County Library.

Request for donation for Penns Valley Swim
Team. On a motion by Bob C. to donate
$150.00 and seconded by Paul, vote carried unanimously.
ROAD SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT

· Update on Bridge rebuilding.
NEW BUSINESS
· None
OPEN DISCUSSION
· Carl Fohringer – Expressed concerns on the roads in Neff Estates the possibility of rebuilding them and turning them over to the Township. Carl also expressed concerns on a retention pond with a sinkhole developing and also about a ditch in Tusseyville. Budd will take a look at it.
· Mr. Garbrick expressed his concerns regarding Air Space Protection. Budd will check McQuaide’s subdivision restrictions.
· Tom S. asked Tom Kuhlman, from Centre Hall-Potter Sewer Authority, if there were any updates. They did received Snappy’s Improvement Plans, had a couple of new residential tap-on’s. No update in regards to the Meadows.
