To Clarify the Language of the Agricultural

OPENING OF BIDS FOR FLASHING LIGHTS ON RT. 322 AT RT. 144 INTERSECTION
· Beck Electric – Bid $25,500.00 – Over amount budgeted for project.
· Tel-Power – Bid rejected due to no 10% Bid Bond.
On a motion by Paul to reject both bids and seconded by Bob C. this carried unanimously.
DOUG ROYER- PA PIZZA LIQUOR LICENSE

Mr. Royer presented the proposal that was handed
out to the Supervisors to review. A Public

OLD BUSINESS

Ann Glaser and C.O.S.T.S. - Discussion on joint
statement to S.C.C.C.T.S. from C.O.S.T.S. and
·
Brody’s Six Pack Shop Decision – On a motion by
Paul, seconded by Monty to deny the transfer of liquor license to Brody’s
Restaurant, vote carried unanimously.

Resolution #5-2002 – On a motion by Bob C. and
seconded by Paul to sign resolution
#5 denial and finding of fact for the transfer of liquor license Number E5254 to the Brody’s Restaurant in Potter
Township. Vote carried unanimously.

results for January and February.

ROAD SUPERINTENDENTS
REPORT
· Paving finished, will be doing shoulders.
· Road side clean-up completed. Will send out thank you letters to the Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and the Centre Hall Potter Baseball League, along with our donations.
· Riff Raff – Hauling should be completed tomorrow. Will also send out a thank you letter to the volunteer for his help.

· John Ishler – Expressed his comments on Ag District, not in favor of sliding scale.
