                              Monthly Meeting Minutes

                                       June 15, 2010

 

The monthly meeting of the Centre Hall Fire Company was brought to order by President Kenny Strouse at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 15, 2010.

 

Members present were: Chad Packer, Philip Orndorf, Brian Long, Kenny Strouse, Jack Muthersbaugh, Bill Rockey, Davis Araujo, Josh Araujo, Mike Dixon, Monty Strouse, Brian Tice, Jackie Muthersbaugh.

 

Secretary’s Report:

Motion to approve secretary’s report made by Bill Rockey, seconded by Philip Orndorf.

 

Treasurer’s Report:

 

Beginning Balance:  $40,261.96     Expenses Included:  Training Expenses- $140.00      

Total Inflow:                    162.04                                         Flash Lights- $90.00                                 

Outflows:                        -329.38                                          

Ending Balance        $40,094.62     

                                                         Income Included:  Reimbursment-double pmt- 158.50       

                                                                                          Interest (Checking Acct)-   3.54

                                                                                        

Motion to approve Treasurer’s report made by Brian Tice, seconded by Davis Araujo.
