The monthly meeting of the Centre Hall Fire Company was brought to order by President Kenny Strouse at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 11, 2010.

Members Present were: Chad Packer, Brian Tice, Chris Hockenberry, Alvin Spotts, Monty Strouse, Jon Ayers, Jackie Muthersbaugh, Dillion Murphy, Brian Long, Les Gordon, Gerald Korman, Davis Araujo, Rodney Brungart, Steven Crater, Jack Muthersbaugh, Kenny Strouse, Phillip Orndorf, Chris Hockenberry, Don Pecht, Dave Keller, Amanda Heverly, Mike Dixon, Davis Araujo.

Secretary’s Report:

Motion to approve secretary’s report made by Jackie Muthersbaugh, seconded by Philip Orndorf. Motion Carried.

Treasurer’s Report:

May’s ending balance should read, $40,261.96

Beginning Balance: $41,098.53 Expenses Included: Bucks County Training- 840.00

Total Inflows: 3.43

Outflows: -840.00

Ending Balance $40,261.96 Income Included: Checking Interest- 3.43

Motion to approve Treasurer’s report made by Brian Tice, seconded by Chris Hockenberry.

Old Business: N/A

New Business: Motion made by Chad Packer to purchase a hose washer at Expo for no more than $1,000. Seconded by Jackie Muthersbaugh. Motion Carried.

Motion to adjourn meeting made by Phillip Orndorf, seconded by Brian Long. Motion Carried. Meeting Adjourned.
