The pledge of allegiance was said before the start of the meeting.

The monthly meeting of the Centre Hall Fire Company was brought to order by President Kenny Strouse at 7:00 PM on Tuesday February 9, 2010

Members Present were: Chad Packer, Philip Orndorf, Chris Hockenberry, Lester Gordon, Brian Long, Jackie Muthersbaugh, Alvin Spots, Gerald Korman, Kenny Strouse, Jack Muthersbaugh, Chad Entz, Amanda Heverly, Davis Araujo, Rodney Brungart, Jake Heverly, Scott Koch, Don Pecht, Monty Strouse, Brian Tice, Bill Rockey, Dillion Murphy, Josh Araujo, Steven Crater.

Secretary’s Report:

Motion to approve secretary’s report made by Chad Packer, seconded by Brian Tice.

Treasurer’s Report:

January’s ending balance should read, $22,064.30

Elections Committee: Lester Gordon, Jake Heverly, Brian Tice.

Executive Committee: Kenny Strouse, Bill Rockey, Jack Muthersbaugh, Amanda Heverly, Chad Packer, Alvin Spotts and Monty Strouse.

Fire Fighter of the Year: President, 400 & 401.

Fire Tax/TWP Meeting: Brian Long, Kenny Strouse.

Fundraising: All in the Company.

Grants: Dave Keller and Toby Stoner. No response yet.

Gun Raffle: Harry Hockenberry, Rodney Brungart, (Chair) Bill Rockey, Bryan Packer, Bob Lair, Brian Tice and Steven Crater- October 2^nd. Met with Ed Noll. 20 prices will be given out. Motion to receive $1,000 for prices made by Rodney Brungart, seconded by Don Pecht. Motion Carried.

Insurance Investigation: Don Pecht, Dave Keller, Davis Araujo, Paul Young, Denny Foust.- Meeting February 16^th with insurance company.

Interview: Executive Officers, Trustees.

Mailing for Donations: Chad Packer, Toby Stoner, Chris Hockenberry, Jackie Muthersbaugh, and Chuck Solt. Waiting on response.

Membership List: Jack Muthersbaugh, Brian Tice. Still updating, hoping to have it finished by end of year.

5 K Fair Race: Chris Hockenberry, Brian Long, Domer Smeltzer.- Still working on it.

5-10 year Plan: Executive Officers, Chiefs, Trustees and Fire Police.

Old Business

Tanker arrived to Oklahoma Fire Company.

New Business

Received call from Terry Smith about the 125^th anniversary of the Round Barn on October 16^th 2010. Fire police are needed for this event.

New lights are now on truck 413.

Good of the Company

Received a letter from Kerry Benninghoff thanking the fire company for their assistance in the Bellefonte fire.

If you need to be sworn in, please go see Tom Jordan to do so.

414 is still in progress.

Motion made by Kenny Strouse to make Ryan Sweitzer an active member. Vote unanimous.

Training

Monday February 15^th at training site. Be at fire hall by 6:00.

Motion to adjourn meeting made by Kenny Strouse,seconded by Rodney Brungart.
