The monthly meeting
of the Centre Hall Fire Company was brought to order by President, Harry Hockenberry at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2009.

Bring in your certificates from completed classes to keep a copy on
file.
Expedition (#436) is in service.
Swimming pool fill ups need to prepay at $50.00 per load. Please fill our paperwork.

Trustees’ Report: Women’s bathroom remodel is underway.
Committees:
Norma Crater (Centre Hall Borough) presented changes in a memo from the Joint Change Committee. New Committee consists of: Potter Twp, Dennis Foust, Ronald Horner and Ronald Sweitzer. From Centre Hall Borough: Norma Crater, Harry Henry and Kathy Long. Fire Company reps are: David Keller, Brian Long and Kenny Strouse. Committee is recommending a change in the Cooperative Agreement. 2 meetings have taken place since the March 26, 2009 joint Borough, Potter and Fire Company meeting. Memo and drafted cooperative meeting minutes available for review. Committee will represent all three entities. Harry Hockenberry makes a motion to continue this committee, seconded by Jr. Orndorf. Motion Carried.

New Business
The company has enough money to purchase a shed for the new building site. Motion to purchase a shed with the profits from the 2 hoagies sales (approx $4500) made by Rodney Brungart, seconded by Jake Heverly. Motion Carried. Zoning permit will need to be obtained.
Good of the Company
Attendance at the round barn meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 is requested if anyone would like to attend.
Grace United Methodist Church sent a thank you from the Sunday school.
Rodney Brungart would like to thank the company for their quick response on Sunday to the fire at his home.
