The pledge of allegiance was said before the start of the meeting.

The monthly meeting of the Centre Hall Fire Company was brought to order by President, Kenny Strouse at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 9, 2008.

Members Present were: Chad Entz, Michelle Entz, Kenny Strouse, Willard Muthersbaugh, Alvin Spotts, Davis Araujo, Josh Araujo, Chad Packer, Jackie Muthersbaugh, Chris Hockenberry, Les Gordon, Rodney Brungart, Harry Hockenberry, Brian Tice, Steven Crater, Bobby Lair, Monty Strouse and Jake Wenzinger.

Secretary’s Report:

Motion to approve secretary’s report made by Willard Muthersbaugh seconded by Chad Entz. Motion Carried.

Treasurer’s Report:

Trustee’s Report: Door handle is installed in rear entry. Motion to change non-profit fees for fire hall rental from $100 to $25.00 made by Chad Entz, seconded by Alvin Spotts.
