The pledge of allegiance was said before the start of the meeting. A moment of silence was observed for the September 11th tragedy.
The monthly meeting of the Centre Hall Fire Company was brought to order by President Kenny Strouse at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 11, 2007.
Members Present were: Chris Hockenberry, Philip Orndorf, Willard Muthersbaugh, Gary Phillips, Kenny Strouse, Michelle Entz, Chad Entz, Ryan Hockenberry, Rodney Brungart, Jake Wenzinger, Brian Long, Gerald Korman, Alvin Spotts, and Bill Rockey.

Motion to give $25.00 gift cards to Kathryn, Kathy and Judy, for all their work at the fair made by Ryan Hockenberry, seconded by Gary Phillips. Motion Carried.
Centre Hall Businessmen & Farming Association has invited the active members to a Ham Pot Pie Supper at the Grange Fair Hall October 18, 2007 at 630 pm.
Motion to make Jake & Sally Tanis honorary members made by Chad Entz and seconded by Brian Long. Motion Carried.
Motion to pay for softball shirt for Annual Firemen’s Softball game on September 23, 2007 made by Harry Hockenberry, seconded by Chad Entz. Motion carried.
Motion to spend $100.00 for supplies and food for Annual Firemen’s Softball game made by Ryan Hockenberry, seconded by Philip Orndorf. Motion Carried.
Motion to pay $20.00 dues to the Pennsylvania Association of Arson Investigators made by Ryan Hockenberry, seconded by Willard Muthersbaugh. Motion Carried.
