The pledge of allegiance was said before the start of the meeting.

 

The monthly meeting of the Centre Hall Fire Company was brought to order by President Kenny Strouse at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 12, 2007.

 

Members Present were:  Chad Packer,  Chris Hockenberry, Philip Orndorf, Chad Entz, Willard Muthersbaugh, Gary Phillips,  Jack Muthersbaugh, Kenny Strouse, Michelle Entz,  Jackie Muthersbaugh, Davis Araujo,  Alvin Spotts, Brandon Musser,  Jake Wenzinger, Ryan Hockenberry and Rodney Brungart.

 

Secretary’s Report:

 

Motion to approve secretary’s report made by, Chad Packer, seconded by, Philip Orndorf.  Motion Carried.

Fire Police Report:  3 Calls  16 Manhours, Fire Police Coats have been ordered.

New flag pole has been tabled.

Carnival:  $21, 525.78 Gross from carnival.  Figure does not include expenses.  Approx $4200 less than last year, due to thunderstorm on Friday night.  Not as many sponsors this year.  Need to review some practices to run more efficiently.

Website: Had 102,000 hits during Carnival.

Banquet: N/A

Fundraising:  Town wide yard sale, June 22 & 23rd.  Will be providing food.  Need to come up with some fundraising for Grange Fair.

Bi-Laws: N/A

Financial Committee:  N/A

Grants:   Forestry grant turned down due to having it in the past.
