Potter Township Planning Commission Meeting

December 6, 2011

 

Members Present:    Pam Winter, Karl Eysenbach, Dick Decker, Mike Troyan, Melvin Dutrow, & Ron Grove

 

Absent:  Paul Sampsell

 

 

            Meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by Ron Grove.

 

            Minutes from last meeting were read, motion to approve minutes from previous meeting, November 2, 2011, and approved.

 

Zoning Officer’s Report:  Building permit report was distributed.

 

Supervisor’s Report:  New office will open on December 16, 2011; Potters Mills income study was sent out; and sewage management advisory committee has been appointed.

 

Correspondence:  None

                                   

Old Business:

Code books final revision has been sent to the publisher. 

 

New Business:

            Discussed the need for a conditional use hearing for the rezoning for the open and forested lands.

 

            Meeting dates for 2012 were set.

 

            Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.  Motion made by Karl Eysenbach and seconded by Mike Troyan.
